Dear Deb and Lori, My heart and prayers go out to both of you and your families at this difficult time. I was so saddened to hear. I worked with your Mom at the American Cancer Society, as the years passed visited her at Masonic and always saw her at the annual rotary chicken barbeque. Your Mom would update me as to how both of you were doing and always loved to talk about her grandchildren. She was a wonderful co-worker (remember you two would come down to the office; remember Bob and Dennis)and friend always willing to help and always with a smile. I am a Security Officer at Masonic and over the last 10 or 15 yrs that I have know Joan, I feel that she was more than a resident there. I consider Joan a friend of mine and I was lucky to know her. She was so proud of her granddaughters Sarah and Katie, and I remember them coming to visit her often and Joan would always bring them by to see me when they visited her at Masonic. I will miss you Joan and my heart goes out to your family and especially Sarah and Katie. Sorry I was unable to attend services but I was thinking of you all.
