Obituary of RoseMarie Cavallaro

NORTH HAVEN - RoseMarie Cavallaro, 75, of North Haven passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2017 after a long illness. She was the wife of the late Joseph Cavallaro. RoseMarie was born in New Haven on December 14, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Assunta (Frattini) and Daniel Ferrucci, Sr.

She is survived by many loving cousins, nieces, family, and close friends. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother Daniel Ferrucci, Jr.

After being employed by the Hospital of St. Raphael's for many years, RoseMarie started her own medical transcription business. She was previously very active in the Branford Compassion club where she saved and improved the lives of countless animals. Her family would like to thank the staff of Verdi 3 North and Verdi 5 West at Yale New Haven Hospital, St. Raphael's campus for their care and compassion.

Calling hours will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, August 25, 2017 at the B.C. Bailey funeral home, 273 South Elm St. in Wallingford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM at St. Barnabas' Church, 44 Washington Ave. in North Haven. Interment will immediately follow at St. Lawrence Cemetery in West Haven.
