Obituary of Elaine F. Robinson

VENICE, FL - Elaine F. Robinson, 80, died June 18, 2017 at Tidewell Hospice Center, Venice FL after a brief illness.

Elaine was born in Boston MA, June 2, 1937 to Harry F. and Ann E. Whittemore. She lived most of her early life in Guilford before retiring to Florida in 1990.

Before her retirement she was the former owner of Candles Unlimited in Guilford, an avid golfer, and an active community member.  She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She was predeceased by her husband, Norman D. Robinson, in 1994 and her brother, Harry F. Whittemore, in 2009.  

Family includes three children: Norman D. Robinson Jr. of Rochester, NY, Douglas P. Robinson of Gunnison, CO and Susan Robinson Phipps of Wilmot, NH; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
