Obituary of Roxanne Mary Schrenker

WALLINGFORD - Roxanne Schrenker, 50, of Wallingford, departed this life on Tuesday, April 20, 2010 quietly at home. Roxanne was born on July 30, 1959 in Meriden, CT, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Simmons) Fornal. She was employed with World Tableware before moving to Tilcon of Connecticut where she worked as a Supervisor. She later worked for Amphenol of Hamden. Roxanne was a big animal lover. She was a mother to everyone. In her spare time she enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She loved spending time by the beach in the summer and by the fire in the winter. She was a very proud grandmother of Natalie Marie and loved spending time with her. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Breanne DaVia and her husband Michael of Wallingford and her son Zachary Schrenker of Wallingford. She also leaves her beloved granddaughter Natalie Marie of Wallingford in addition to her lifelong friend Walter Schrenker of Wallingford along with one brother Allen Fornal and his companion Susan Lyons of South Windsor and one sister Susan Pehr and her husband Frank of Meriden along with several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call on Saturday, April 24th from 4 - 7 PM at the B. C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm Street, Wallingford. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours in the funeral home at 7 PM on Saturday. Interment will private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wallingford Animal Shelter, 5 Pent Road, Wallingford, CT 06492.
