Virginia M. Gould of Ashlar Village died March 22, 2010 at the MidState Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Albert J. Gould. Born in Meriden March 30, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Hattie and Frederick Schlette. She is survived by a daughter Karen J. Gould of Whatley, MA and several cousins. Retired secretary of Masonic Home and Hospital, she was a member of Mizpah Chapter #37, Order of the Eastern Star, Wallingford Seniro Citizens Assn., the American Assoication of Retired Persons and was a charter member of the Veterans of Foreign War Auxilliary #9963, Yalesville. A former member of Ashlar Village Board of Directors, she was an active volunteer. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. B.C.
