WALLINGFORD - Rita Nucci Falconeri, 81, formerly of Wallingford, departed this life on Sunday, January 31, 2010 at Hartford Hospital surrounded by her family. Rita was born February 17, 1928, in Castiglione Fiorentine, Italy, daughter of the late Ferdinando and Nunziatina (Cuseri) Nucci. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Nancy Miller and her fiancee' Barry Higgins, Doreen Lemley and her husband Thomas, and Deborah Grace and her fiancee' James Hall. She also leaves her beloved granddaughter Kristie Miller. She is preceded in death by her former husband Nicholas Falconeri. Private services were held at the convenience of the family and were officiated by Rev. Joseph Kaminski of the Church of the Resurrection in Wallingford.
