DURHAM - Donald Andrew Bazzini, 56, departed this life on Friday, January 22, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Robin Bazzini. Donald was born on May 28, 1953, in Meriden, CT, a son of the late George and Mary (Garilli) Bazzini Sr. He was employed by the Town of Wallingford and Koguts Nursery of Meriden, CT. He enjoyed vintage farm tractors, Harley Davidson Motorcycles and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his wife Robin, he will be sadly missed his uncle: Paul and Caroline Garilli of West Hartford and aunt: Patricia Garilli of Avon, his cousins: Jane and Bill Patterson, Donald Clark, Rosemary Reidy, Gino Garilli, Donna Newton and John Garilli Jr., his companions: Abe and Slippers and several other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, George Anthony Bazzini Jr., his uncles John Garilli Sr., Charles Garilli and his wife Ann Garilli and his beloved companions Jake, K.C. and Gus. A private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the family's discretion. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery.
