Catherine M. Bialecki, 62, of Wallingford, departed this life on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Masonic Healthcare Center in Wallingford. She was the beloved wife of Stanley J. Bialecki. Catherine was born on February 4, 1947, in New Haven, CT, a daughter of Charles and Katherine (Flood) Sullivan. She enjoyed collecting antiques and had an interest in antique clocks. She had a beloved companion in her English Bulldog, Java. She had served as a nanny throughout the area. In addition to her husband and parents, she will be sadly missed by her son, Stanley F. Bialecki and his wife Carleen of Wallingford; her brothers, John Sullivan of North Haven, James Sullivan of Meriden, Terrence Sullivan of Wallingford and Alex Sullivan of Wallingford; her mother-in-law, Elizabeth Bialecki formerly of North Haven; and her grandchildren, Brad and Blake Buden. She is preceded in death by her brother: Charles Sullivan Jr. and her father-in-law, Felix Bialecki. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm Street, Wallingford from 4:00 - 7:00pm. The funeral will leave the funeral home on Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 9:15 am for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at the Most Holy Trinity Church, 84 North Colony Rd., Wallingford.
