Obituary of Anthony Pasqualoni

Wallingford - Anthony "Tony" Pasqualoni, 64, of Wallingford, beloved husband of 39 years to Diane (Kranz) Pasqualoni, departed this life on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at Mid-State Medical Center after a couragous battle with cancer. Tony was born on July 29, 1944 in the Bronx, NY son of the late Emilio and Frances (Wardell) Pasqualoni. He served with pride in the U.S. Airforce during the Vietnam War. He went on to be the owner and manager of Merle's Record Rack in Milford, CT and Wallingford Music Center. He later retired from U.S. Postal Service after over 20 years of service. In his early years he enjoyed playing softball and was also an Umpire. He was a long time fan of the NY Giants and especially the Yankees. He was also a member of the V.F.W. and the Fraternal Order of the Elks in Wallingford. In addition to his wife he will be sadly missed by his children: Michael, Matthew, and Laura Pasqualoni. He also leaves 4 sisters, Carol Gill of VA, Linda Rohrs and her husband Steven of NY, Nancy Glick and her husband Stuart of NJ, and Janet Elliot of NY, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
