Wallingford - Oluf Pedersen, 91, of Wallingford, beloved husband of the late Yelva (DallQvist) Pedersen, departed this life on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Brook Hollow Health Care Center. Oluf was born on August 11, 1916, in Denmark, son of the late Cern and Anna Pedersen. He will be sadly missed by his children: Arne Pedersen of Wallingford, Eric Pedersen and his wife Patricia of Wallingford, and Kareena DuPlessis and her husband William of Willimantic. He also leaves two grandchildren: Kristen and Erika DuPlessis. All services are private and at the convenience of the family.
