Donald J. Michaud, 75, of Wallingford, beloved husband of Linda (Fretz) Michaud, departed this life on Thursday, March 13, 2008, surrounded by his loving family. Donald was born on June 9, 1932 in Eagle Lake, ME, son of the late Docite and Modest (Duschaine) Michaud. After school he served in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of the Korean War. Donald was a carpenter for nearly all of his life. He will be remembered by family and friends for his great sense of humor. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife,children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. He also leaves numerous brothers and sisters, along with a large extended family. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 from 5 - 7 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm Street, Wallingford. A funeral service celebrating Donald's life will follow directly after calling hours on Tuesday at 7 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
