WALLINGFORD - Stephen Majeski, 90, of Wallingford died on June 30, 2007 in Meriden. Born in Wallingford on February 11, 1917, he was the son of the late Thomas and Helen Jencka Majeski. He was a lifelong resident of Wallingford where he was self-employed, operating an insurance and real estate agency. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Southwest Pacific. Mr. Majeski is survived by his sons, Stephen L. Majeski of West Hartford, Thomas G. Majeski of Raynham, MA, and Kenneth S. Majeski of Wallingford; and a daughter, Margaret M. Lyons of Trabuco Canyon, CA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Stephen M. Majeski of West Hartford, Kathryn M. Majeski of Raynham, MA, and Andrew G. Lyons, Matthew D. Lyons, and Samuel R. Lyons, all of Trabuco Canyon, CA. Calling hours will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5 at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St, Wallingford, CT. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 6th at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Wallingford Public Library, 200 N.
