WALLINGFORD - Eleanore Tews Miller, 92, of 79 Putter Dr., died Saturday June 30, 2007, at the MidState Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Chester Miller. She was born in Bristol , Aug. 14, 1914, a daughter of the late Gustav and Emily Rindfleisch Tews. She was a retired registered nurse and had work in the area hospitals. She had also helped run her husband's business, Miller's Shoppe in Wallingford . She is survived by her three sisters, Doris Sattler of Pine River, Wis., Agnes Palmieri of Southington and Judith T. Dougherty of West Hartford; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Mildred Tews; and her stepmother, Martha Tews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 5, at 10 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church, 235 Pond Hill Road, Wallingford. Burial will be at In Memoriam Cemetery. Friends may call at the B.C.
