SOUTHINGTON - Mary Ellen Paquette, 54, beloved wife, daughter, mother and grandmother, departed this life on April 8, 2016 at Hartford Hospital surrounded by family, friends and love. She was the beloved wife of Leonard Paquette. Mary Ellen was born in Wilkes Barre, PA on October 23, 1961 to Dolores Maciejaszek of Pennsylvania and the late Joseph Maciejaszek. She had worked with her husband as an Applied Canine Behaviortist and Trainer at Canine Cadre in Wallingford since 1992. She adored her husband, her friends, her dogs and her clients and had a spiritual way with all. She also owned Bone Ami Pet Sitting and Grooming. In addition to her husband and mother, Mary Ellen is survived by her children: Monique and Erich Paquette of Southington and Boston; a grandchild, Tyler; and her brother, Joseph Maciejaszek III of Pennsylvania. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 11, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St., Wallingford.
