I am so sorry that we have lost Eunice, but at the same time thankful that she lived such a full and wonderful life until her very last days. I am thankful to have known Eunice and equally thankful that she was my friend. She was so special that it is hard to put it into words. She was such a positive force: always encouraging, always helpful and ready to volunteer. Everyone should lead as full and rich a life. I will miss her smile, her homemade food, and her special relishes. She was, and will remain an inspiration. Rest in Peace, Eunice, and thank you for everything.
