We think of and miss John every single day. We feel such a deep loss without our seeing him or talking to him on the phone. He was so good to us and our kids and couldn't do enough to make us feel loved making sure we were having fun or had enough food. You were a very special gift to us and an angel above. Even when friends die they are still alive in your heart. I will always remember John greeting me at his door and sitting down with him to watch a Patriot's game. I don't think I will ever watch a football game again without thinking of him.

So sorry to hear this news. My condolences to his family and all others who were touched by him. John was a good friend in high school and college and I have many great memories of times we had together that are all flooding back into my mind right now...high stakes poker games in the Sr. cafeteria and various other locations, ski trips, many rounds of golf, college parties in Springfield, Grateful Dead shows, etc. Last saw John at our 25th high school reunion where the picture I posted was taken. RIP John!

I remember the kidnapping to the cape, and was by the far the longest and we'll planed of any. Flom was a great sport, and always a role model for the maggots to work towards. We will all miss him.

Let me 1st say I/we (ASD Fraternity Brothers were all blessed to have Flomey as our frat brother. I remember my pledge class kidnapped him down to the cape and what a time we had. He gave us all merits for the kidnapping. Long story lol! Once I heard of the tragedy of his loss and passing I pulled out my black book and read some things he wrote to me. I remember them like it was yesterday. I can't believe he lived in my backyard in NH and loss touch. May we celebrate his life, his blessings for being in our lives and God rest his sole. John is at peace now no pain watching over all of us being our angel. We love you Flomey will safely miss you and will never forget you. RIP bro!

We will always remember John for his love of life, family and the laughter that he shared with us - making our world a better place. He beamed when he spoke of his girls, he was so proud! His constant smile was a reminder that there was a joke or a funny story on the way. And his passion for sports was undeniable. Whether he was telling stories, playing backyard football with me and the boys or boasting proudly of a Wiffle Ball Homerun Derby, John made our times together better.
