When he does he will bring back the dead here on Earth to be alive again. He will put and end to death no more wars, tears, pain, sickness. also the Earth will be made a paradise with tame animals. the dead will not be judged on there past but from then on the after 1000 year reign plus no more Devil to cause us trouble There is much more . I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Brett's family. For right now, there's no detour around grief, no shortcut through mourning. However, 2 Cor.4:7 says that God can give us, "... power beyond what is normal ", to go from one day to the next. This does not mean that we no longer cry, or that we forget. It means we recover. We recover because of our hope. Jesus Christ talked about our hope in John 5:28, which says, "... all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out ". Jesus was referring to the resurrection. That is our amazing hope! The Bible likens our hope to an anchor. Just like an anchor stabilizes a ship, our hope stabilizes us and keeps us from drowning in overwhelming sadness. 2 Cor.1:3 describes our Creator as, "... the God of all comfort ". One way that God comforts us is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. May the God of comfort be your comfort now, during this time of sorrow. Roberta,
I am keeping you, Brett, Sarah, and the girls in my thoughts and prayers. It was not fair that he was taken so young. I hope you can all find peace in knowing you have your own personal guardian angel watching over you. All my love to you!

I used to meet Brett in the workout room at TRV. He was always so nice and shared openly his struggles. What a great man, he definitely will be missed by many.

Brett,
I remember like it was yesterday that one Christmas Eve ( though we had so many beautiful Christmas Eves at your home in orange), it was a beautiful Christmas night and fresh snow just began to fall and I remember you getting your pony that was so beautifully wrapped in jingle bells. It was like pure magic ❤️....and of course how could I forget the little cousin that was able to recite the Gettysburg address more articulately than probably any adult I know ! Peace cousin, though your human self no longer walks the earth you're real, best, and eternal life has just begun !

It's tough to write one memory when you have so many. The one that pops into my head was the last time Bret was at my house. I was helping him with his resume. Evan asked Uncle Brett to put him to bed. When I came into the twin's room, there was Brett curled up in Evan's toddler bed and Evan ramping up for an epic splash dive on Brett who was stealing his bed. Then Ella joined in and piled on top. The three were laughing for what seemed to be hours. I'm surprised the bed didn't break! That's the Brett I remember, and always will.

My first memory of you was when you and Sarah took me to the Orange fireworks. I must have been around 12 or 13 years old but I have a pretty vivid memory from that day....the loud Iroc Camaro, Asic wrestling shoes, and a killer mullet! It was the 90's so I won't hold any of that against you!
Over the years, you gave me a lot of advice which has helped me become the person I'm today. You became my brother in law when you married my sister but you were also a great friend and an older brother to me. I'll never forget those talks and appreciate the times you looked after me like a younger brother. RIP
