Obituary of Sean A. O'Brien
NEW YORK, NY - Sean A. O'Brien, 55, of New York, NY, formerly of Wallingford passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 28, 2018 after a sudden illness.
Sean was born on April 28, 1963 in Meriden to A. Bruce and Carol A. O'Brien. Sean was a graduate of Sheehan High School. Prior to his retirement, Sean worked as an account coordinator for Chanel.
In addition to his parents, Sean is survived by his brother Patrick and his wife Mary of North Haven; his two nieces Mia and Tessa O'Brien (Goddaughter) whom he loved dearly; as well his uncle Brent and Aunt Karen O'Brien of Doylestown, PA, and his special aunt Pam and Uncle Walt Greening of Montgomery, NY. Many cousins compete this family circle. Sean treasured coming home for holiday and family celebrations. Last but not least is Sean's dog, his two-year-old Yorkie, Riley, who he cherished.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, May 15th from 3-4:00 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St., Wallingford. A memorial service in celebration of Sean's life will immediately follow at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be private at In Memoriam Cemetery.
