Obituary of Oswald "Ozzie" Rapuano

 Oswald (Ozzie) Rapuano, 89, departed this life on December 10, 2018 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Adeline (Solitario) Rapuano.

Oswald was born in Amorosi (BN), Italy on February 24, 1929 to the late Joseph and Lucrezia Rapuano.

From 1957 until 2015 he owned and operated Oswald's Barber Shop. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time in his garden and being with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Joseph Rapuano (and Lori) of East Granby, Louis Rapuano (and Carol Aivano) of Middletown, Ann Marie Aguiar (and Wayne) of Wallingford; his grandchildren: Amy Godiksen (and Andrew), David Rapuano, Sean Aivano, Ian Aivano, Christopher Aguiar, Matthew Aguiar; and a great grandchild: Mia Godiksen.

Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 9-10 AM at B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St., Wallingford. The funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 10:30 AM for Most Holy Trinity Church where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at St. John Cemetery.
