WALLINGFORD - Vincent Vinnie P. Austin, 76, of 1 Russell Street, peacefully passed on from this life into the loving arms of God, after a long illness on Wednesday, June 13, 2001 at the MidState Medical Center. He was the husband of Virginia Ginnie Price Austin.
