WALLINGFORD - Josephine Jerome Russell, 80, of the Masonic Geriatric Healthcare Center, formerly of Davis Road, East Hartford and 11 Ashlar Village, Wallingford died Thursday, May 31, 2001 at the Masonic Geriatric Healthcare Center. She was married to the late Lloyd A. Russell for 53 years.
