WALLINGFORD – Neil O. Deane, 91, of the Masonic Geriatric Healthcare Center, died Wednesday, November 22, 2000 at the Center. He was born on May 9, 1909 in Bangor, Me, a son of the late Frank and Priscilla Deane.
