WALLINGFORD - Patricia L. Wilks, 88, formerly of North Farms Rd., departed this life March 13, 2015 at the Madison House. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert K. Wilks. Patricia was born in Lincoln, NE on November 27, 1926 to the late Thomas Allen and Mabelle Radcliffe. She was raised by her loving extended family the late Rose and Nelson Hutchins and family with whom she resided until adulthood. Patricia was employed by the former SNET Co. and was a parishioner of Most Holy Trinity Church. She is survived by her three sons: Robert J. Wilks of Wallingford, Gary and wife Susan of Deland, FL, and Jeffrey and his wife Sally of Old Saybrook; and three grandchildren: Jason G., and Shannon E. Wilks and Ashley Gatavaski Wilks and great grandchild Michaela Gatavaski. She was also predeceased by her step father Mabelle and Al Schacht. The family will receive friends and visitors on Wednesday, March 18th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., Wallingford. Friends are invited to go directly to Most Holy Trinity Church for a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Burial will be at the In Memoriam Cemetery. It is suggested that contributions in her memory be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Beacon Hospice or Connecticut Hospice.
