WALLINGFORD - David J. Salvati, 54, of Wallingford, departed this life on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Mid-State Medical Center. David was born on October 4, 1960 in New Haven, CT, son of the late John Salvati Sr. and Elsie (Schumacher) Salvati. He is survived by his wife: Barbara Salvati of Middletown, two daughters: Amanda Salvati Diaz and her husband Charles of NM, and Tina Rogers and her husband Tyrone of Bristol. David also leaves four siblings: Frederick Salvati and his wife Pam of Southington, John Salvati and his wife Laverne of TN, Judy Cruz of Wallingford, and Frances Tremblay and her husband Allan of Meriden, along with two grandchildren, Diaquan Rogers and Alivia Stringer, and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a nephew, Ray Tremblay and a grandson, Joshua Blaze Diaz. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 20th at 10:00 AM at St. John's Cemetery in Wallingford. Memorial contributions may be directed to the American Heart Association. The B. C. Bailey Funeral Home of Wallingford has been entrusted with arrangements.
