Joe and I lived in the same neighborhood and went to high school together. I only have wonderful memories of that time and a great friend...a genuinely nice person. Rest in peace, Joe.
As a friend, neighbor and fellow football official Joe will be missed by all of us who had the forturne to have known him. I have known Joe for over 30 years and will miss him.
