WALLINGFORD - Ralph O. Cuomo Jr., 78, departed this life on October 7, 2014 at MidState Medical Center in Meriden. He was the loving husband of the late Laraine Wetmore Cuomo. Ralph was born on November 17, 1935 in New Haven, CT son of the late Raffaele Cuomo Sr. and Anna (Gammellone) Cuomo. He retired as a Machinist from Pratt & Whitney. Ralph was also the 2003 state and chapter King of TOPS. He is survived by his son, Ralph O. Cuomo Jr. and his wife Joanne of GA, and a daughter, Anna M. Cuomo of Wallingford. He also leaves his grandsons: Isaiah and Jeremiah Cuomo both of FL and a great granddaughter, Addison Cuomo of FL. Ralph also leaves his brothers: Anthony Cuomo and his wife Viola of Hamden, and Gus Cuomo of New Haven, along with his sisters: Mary Tondalo of North Haven, Yollie Gagliardi of North Haven, Philomena Aiello of FL and Dottie DeMauro of FL. He also leaves his "little boy" a corgi dachshund mix, Nacho. Ralph is preceded in death by his siblings: Nicholas, Salvatore, Agnes, Sophie, Ellen, little Agnes and his beloved pets: Daisy, Lady, Choo-Choo, Kimba, Smokey, Corky, Kiki, Junior and Michael the Parrot. Ralph also leaves multiple nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Service on Wednesday, October 15th at 2:00 PM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wallingford.
