WALLINGFORD - Elizabeth Thomas, 61, departed this life on June 30, 2014 at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 12, 1952, a daughter of the late Alfred and Helen (Core) Thomas, Jr. She had worked for the Yale New Haven Hospital and Bridgeport Rescue Mission. She is survived by her daughter, Kamila Wooding and her husband Keith of Wallingford. Services will be announced here at a later date.
