WALLINGFORD – Ruth A. Cantley, 76, of 4 Guernsey Lane, formerly of New Haven, died Wednesday, December 29, 2004 at home after a long illness surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Romie Lee Cantley, Sr.
