WALLINGFORD - Lillian Wasilewski, 91, Meriden and formerly of Wallingford departed this life on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the Bradley Home in Meriden. She was the wife of the late Leon A. Wasilewski. Lillian was born in East Haven, June 27, 1922, daughter of the late Sidney and Emily (Allinson) White. She was a communicant of the Church of the Resurrection, and was a member of the Wallingford Cut-Ups. She will be sadly missed by her sons: , Michael L. Wasilewski and his wife Mary Rose, of Brunswick, GA, Daniel M. Wasilewski and his wife Ellen of Chester, CT, Thomas S. Wasilewski and his wife Rose of Bethlehem, PA, and Matthew J. Wasilewski and his wife Helena of Meriden, 3 daughters, Susan R. Davis and her husband Alan of Lees Summit, MO, Lorraine J. Cappetta of Plainfield, VT, and Jane Ann Wasilewski of Charlotte, NC, 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 5 brothers and 4 sisters. Relatives and friends may call on Friday, February 7th from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the B. C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm St., Wallingford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Resurrection in Wallingford. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to all the people of the Bradley Home, staff and residents alike, who provided loving care and friendship to Lillian and ourselves. In lieu of flowers, donations in remembrance of Lillian may be made to the Bradley Home at 320 Colony St., Meriden, CT 06451. Interment will be private in St. John's Cemetery.
