MERIDEN - John T. Rasted passed away on November 11, 2013 at Hartford Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Susan (Smith) Rasted. He was born in Meriden, as son of John V. and Florence (Rich) Rasted. He is survived by daughters Kristin Calabro of Thomaston, Amy Nordby of Meriden, and Karin Lessard of Avon; brothers Bruce of Meriden and Gordon of Oregon; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Friends may call on Tuesday, November 19th from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., Wallingford. Interment will be private.
