I was sorry to read that Joan had passed - back in the late 80's, I worked with her at Brook Hollow Convalescent Home. Joan was a real sweetie. She never stopped talking about her kids - that memory has stayed with me. We used to kid her about it, as I recall. She was a devoted mother and a good caregiver to the elderly. I'm glad I did run into her at Shop Rite a few years ago and had a chance to talk to her.
