On April 1, 1978 we moved to our home at 120 Pool Rd. We were a very young couple with a 6 month old son, Michael. Of course we wondered what kind of neighbors we'd have and if we would become friends. Shortly after we arrived we meet Frank & Marge Mezzanotte and we knew we'd meet the niceset couple we could ask for to be our neighbors. I was a stay at home Mom and so I found myself getting to know both of them very well. As Michael grew we spent a lot of time visiting them. Whenever he would see Frank outside we'd have to go over and see what he was doing. Michael was about 4 years old at the time. Marge would invite us in and we'd have cookies and spend time talking with them. When it was time to go home for lunch Frank would always ask Michael what he was having and he would always reply ""hotdogs"". Frank would chuckle and then tease Micahel that he was going to come over and steal them! With this Michael would tell me we had to go and we'd run home. He'd say ""Quick Mom lock the door so Frank can't get my hotdogs!"" After lunch Michael would make a point to see Frank again and tell him how delicious his lunch was. It became a game with them and Frank had a lot of fun teasing him about it. To Michael's delight one day Marge asked him to stay and have hotdogs with Frank at their house and he got to tease Frank that he was eating his hotdogs!
