WALLINGFORD - Robert W. Pilletere, 68, departed this life on September 29, 2013 at the Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven. He was the loving husband of Brenda (Rawding) Pilletere. Robert was born in New Haven on December 24, 1944, one of eleven children of the late Phillip and Carmel (Panico) Pilletere. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Robert Pilletere, Jr. of West Springfield, MA and grandchildren Rachael and Tori Pilletere. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Friday, October 4th at 10:00 AM at St. John Cemetery in Wallingford.
