Ann Pitzer Nason of Wallingford, CT passed away on August 19, 2013. She was born on February 28, 1929 in Chicago, IL. She graduated from Union City High School in 1947 and from Rochester School of Nursing in 1950. She worked in the Psychiatric Unit of New Britain General Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Richard Nason, of Ashlar Village in Wallingford, daughter Diann Minear and her husband Ken of Portland, Oregon, son David and his wife Pam of Wallingford, son Dr. Dana Nason and his wife Pamela of Beaverton, Oregon and daughter Debra Hester and her husband Michael of Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. She was predeceased by daughter Dawn Long of West Chester, PA. She had 13 grandchildren; Erin and Kate Minear, Kelly and Kylie Nason, Tracy Fontaine, Emily, Ben and Amelia Nason, Jamie and Becky Long ,Tim, Holly and Hannah Hester. Ann also had 3 great-grandchildren; Mikayla, Mikenzy and Mikenna Golebiewski. The family will have a private service.
