HUDSON, FL - Melvin E. "Mel" Gibbs, 78, of Hudson, FL died Thursday, October 28, 2004 at the Marliere Hospice Center in New Port Richey, FL. He was born in Livermore, Maine. He was an Army Corp Veteran, attended William and Mary college, and graduated from Winchester Repeating Arms Trade School in New Haven, CT, retiring from the tool making profession in 1991.
