Jeannette Black, 68, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 15, 2013 at the Masonic Home of Wallingford. Jeannette was born July 10, 1945 in Norwich, CT to Dominic and Rita (Brunnel) DePalo. All services are private and at the convenience of the family.
