WALLINGFORD - Dorothy Grace Westerlund, 96, of the Masonic Healthcare Center, formerly of 31 Nottingham Terrace, Waterbury, died Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at the Masonic Healthcare Center. She was the wife of the late Louis T. Westerlund.
