MERIDEN - Roland Bisson, 91, went to be with his Lord Jesus on July 7, at the Harrington Nursing Home in Colchester. He was born April 23, 1921 in Waterville, ME. In addition to his wife Jeanne Gosselin he is survived by his son Arthur Bisson and wife Pamela of Meriden, daughters Nancy Riley and husband Arthur of Meriden, Shirley Ellis and husband Rick of Colchester, and Pamela Lancaster of Meriden, 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Louise (Patrick) Bisson. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 11 from 9:00 - 10:45 AM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm Street, Wallingford. The funeral will leave the funeral home at 11:00 AM for a mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM at St. Joseph's Church in Meriden. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
