Kotzebue, Alaska - Rendell W. (Lee) Dominicak, 42, departed this life unexpectedly on May 26, 2012. He was born December 1, 1970 in North Carolina to the late William Dominicak and Theresia Kaiser. He had recently relocated to Alaska where he was employed by the Northwest Arctic Borough school district and enjoyed fishing, four wheeling, and snowmobiling. He will be sadly missed by his son Jeff Dominicak of Wallingford; a brother, Joseph Balint of North Carolina, a sister Judith Balint of North Carolina and his niece and nephew: Paige and Landon Balint. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm St., Wallingford at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 AM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
