WALLINGFORD - Eileen B. Ryan, 88, of Wallingford, beloved wife of the late John R. Ryan, departed this life on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Connnecticut Hospice of Branford. Eileen was born on July 16, 1923 in Wallingford and lived her whole life in the area. She worked as a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years. She is survived by her son Terence Ryan and his wife Diane of Wallingford. A granddaughter, Cassie Ryan of Wallingford. She is preceded in death by her brothers: Barry, William, and Francis Bossidy. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Wallingford. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery of Wallingford. The B. C. Bailey Funeral Home of Wallingford has been entrusted with arrangements.
