Barbara Goodrich, 76, departed this life on October 21, 2016 at the Masonic Health Care Center. She was the beloved wife of the late John Goodrich Jr. Barbara was born in New Haven, CT on June 13, 1940 to the late Arthur and Helen (Hudson) Earle. She spent her early years growing up in North Haven and later worked as a driver and aide at ACES. Barbara is survived by her daughter Brenda Macdonald (Stuart) of Wallingford and son, Donald Riggott of Branford. Besides her loving children she leaves behind a sister, Dorothy Newman of CT; a brother Phillip Earle (Karen) of AZ and two grandchildren, Jessica and Kyle Macdonald. Family and friends may call on Tuesday, October 25th from 9:00am to 10:45am at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 South Elm Street in Wallingford. A Funeral service will take place at 11:00am at the funeral home and interment will immediately follow at the CT State Veterans' Cemetery in Middletown.
