Having known Charlie for the last 6 years living at Judd, I can say he was always friendly, smiling, and a pleasure to cross paths with in the elevator or out in the lobby. He seemed to really enjoy life, and I was very sad to hear about his passing. May he rest in peace.

Charlie was quite the enriched bachelor, I enjoyed his stories of his experiences. He loved to take me out for Panera Cinnamon bun and coffee, and told me many stories. I last saw him taking pictures at Mackenzie reservoir, always,appreciating it's beauty. He enjoyed life. He served our country. Respect, Respect, Respect!!!! Rest Charlie,you are now at peace. Charlie was a wonderful neighbor and gentleman. He was very thoughtful and easy to talk to. He always greeted me with a smile whenever I saw him here at Judd. I am very honored to have known him and have him as a neighbor. I will miss him playing his trumpet. He will be sorely missed by me and all who knew him here at Judd Square.
