ROCKY HILL, CT - Edmond Kopera, 91, of Rocky Hill passed away September 14th, 2010. He was the son of Frances and Jacob Kopera. Edmond was a member of the US Marine Corps and a World War II Veteran and a retired police officer. He is survived by a son Mark Kopera.
