Edith Marie Sherwood, 87, of Wallingford, departed this life on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at her home in Wallingford. She was the loving wife of the late Albert Sherwood. Edith was born on September 27, 1922, in Bridgeport, CT, a daughter of the late William and Clara (Sunderland) Johnson. She will be sadly missed by her sons: Allan Sherwood of Wallingford and Michael Sherwood of Middletown; her daughter Janice Thomson of Wallingford; 8 Grandchildren; 6 Great grandchildren.
