Dear Shan,
I too miss you more than ever. Yesterday was Emily's wedding and you would have had a great time. I'm sure you see how big the kids are getting. You would be amazed at how tall Nicky is. You would be so proud of the way he helped Nonna yesterday and today getting in and out of the hotel, how he held onto her so she wouldn't fall. You would have laughed and laughed to see Nick and Chelsea with Jason and Justin at the wedding and after at the hotel. It was great! I still wait for you to come home. Our Hearts go out to Shannon's family at there loss. I shared many stories/jokes with Shannon for the short time I knew her while she was at Hair Niche.I can still hear Shannon's laughter as I would walk out of the salon and walk through the lobby of the Duncan. Shan,I am devastated that your gone, I miss my best friend more than you could imagine. I couldn't begin to describe how lucky I am to have had you in my life since we were little,the memories are piled soo high I would have to write a book. I keep replaying our Easter shoppind day over and over in my head, you skipping to my car, that big huge smile.Laughing in the stores buying clothes and Easter candy.. happy all the time. So good to my kids , they miss their "Auntie Shannon" beyond words...You truly are a beautiful person, inside and out and anyone that was lucky enough to have you in their lives, even for a moment will treasure that forever. I never knew Shannon but I grew up on Foote street with her father's family and his cousins. I have recently reconnected with her aunt Meg and cousin Ellen who informed me of Shannon's passing.
