Writing to express my sympathy to you all. I always appreciated how she would keep in touch, even though she left Syracuse several years ago. Just several weeks ago she called, telling me that she was feeling weaker but asking for advice and, as always, asking how our family was doing. She was so very full of life and concerned for the wellbeing of others. We count ourselves blessed to have known her. Dear George, Andy and Mark-we are so sad to hear of Roberta's death. She was such a brave women who had a smile and a laugh that could light up a room. Dear George, Andy and Mark,
Ron called today with the sad news of Roberta's death. George, Jen and I were reminiscing about our dinner together just last June. She fought hard for a long time. Now she is with Rob. Roberta was a wonderful person that will be missed greatly. Know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers.
