Bronx, NY - Michael P. Sarlo, 61 of the Bronx, NY and beloved wife of Julie (Naczi) Sarlo, departed this life on Monday, August 4, 2008 at his home, with his wife at his side. Michael was born on May 23, 1947 in Wichita Falls, TX, son of Sam and Donnie Mae (Gilson) Sarlo. He was a Phelbotomist and was employed most recently with Quest Diagnostics. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 28 years, Julie of the Bronx, and his son, Elliot Sarlo of the Bronx, NY. He also leaves one brother Sam Sarlo and his wife Jana and their children Becky and Tony of Reno, NV along with one brother-in-law, Frank Naczi of Wallingford. Michael is preceded in death by his son Eric who passed away in 1989. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, August 7th from 4 - 7 PM at the B.C. Bailey Funeral Home, 273 S. Elm Street, Wallingford. Funeral services will begin on Friday, August 8th at the funeral home at 9 AM to form a funeral procession to Most Holy Trinity Church in Wallingford where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery in Wallingford.
