Bob and I were in law school together. We also worked on some cases together. He was cheerful, funny, intelligent, and had a soft spot for clients who needed help. He had a habit of helping people who really needed help, particularly those in financial difficulty. I am sure he did alot of work without much pay because he felt that attorneys had an obligation to help others. He enjoyed the intellectual side of the law, and practiced bankruptcy law because he was one of the few who really understood it. I am very sorry he has left us at such a young age. He will be missed.
