Nancy and I send our condolences, thoughts and prayers for your loss. Jules has been a long time friend and I worked with him over at The Hartford for many years. At the Elks Lodge we have marked his passing and will add his name to our departed members who will be remembered at the Hour of Eleven, for Elks,The Golden Hour of Recollection.
