My condolence and prayers to the family of Julius Toth. He was such a kind and considerate man. I remember soon after becoming music director at First Baptist, Julius was so helpful and encouraging. Within a few months my own dad passed away. Julius shared with me memories of growing up in Wallingford and as a kid going to see my dad play baseball for LHHS. He called him the neighborhood hero, which was exactly what a grieving daughter needed to hear. To his family, please know that Julius, in his own quiet and humble way, would reach out to those in need, those new to the church, and those who just needed a friendly word and a smile. He was always there to help, work on a project, whatever was needed - all without taking any credit. Your Dad, your grandpa, your uncle was a hero to many, in that quiet way that must make God smile.
